Webinar Marketing, Without the Manual Clicking
Tegra Design ran their clients' webinar programs by hand across Zoom, Gmail, and spreadsheets. We built them one platform: upload a lead list, run the email campaign, track acceptances, register attendees in Zoom, and send reminders — automatically.

The Challenge
Tegra Design runs webinar marketing programs on behalf of their clients — and every stage of it was manual. Staff copied lead lists into Gmail and sent marketing emails by hand, watched inboxes for people who accepted, opened Zoom to register each attendee individually, then went back through the list again to send reminders before the session. Multiply that across concurrent client campaigns and it was hours of clicking a week, spread across three systems that didn't talk to each other. Every handoff between them was a chance to miss a registration or forget a reminder.
What Arkitekt Built
- ◆Lead list upload that becomes a campaign audience — no copy-pasting between spreadsheets and email
- ◆Automated email campaign delivery with per-client templates and sending schedules
- ◆Acceptance monitoring that tracks who responded and who still needs a follow-up
- ◆Automatic Zoom webinar registration for accepted leads, replacing one-at-a-time manual entry
- ◆Scheduled reminder sequences in the run-up to each session
- ◆A single dashboard showing campaign status and registration counts across every client program
“We were running our clients' webinar programs by hand — pasting lists into Gmail, watching for replies, registering people in Zoom one at a time. Arkitekt replaced all of it with one platform. Now we upload the list and the campaign runs itself. It gave my team their week back.”
Why This Matters
There was no product on the market that did this. Email tools don't register people for webinars, webinar tools don't run campaigns, and stitching them together with a subscription integration platform would have meant renting a third tool to hold the first two together. Building it as one application meant the workflow matched how Tegra actually works — and they own the software instead of paying monthly for three partial answers.
